Klabrative Studio provides single point responsibility for design, and building/construction services. Commitment is made on an individual basis to
participate as a team from project
concept, into construction, and thru occupancy and use. These ideas in conjunction with a distinct methodology creates efficiencies in design intent, schedule and cost, providing a successful course for each project.
Methodology
Strong value is placed on each project. All projects are unique and have individual conditions, and we understand the difficulty of one solution for all. Our methodology begins by observing project conditions, refining the method and identifying a solution. All this is shared with the team to provide clear goals and directives in fulfillment of our responsibilities to the project, the client and individual end user.
K/Lab/Rative Studio believes the design/build solution is the strongest approach to architecture and construction. In more traditional design and building practices we continue with a similar methodology reaching the best solution.
